Lafayette School Corporation Selects Communications Products, Inc.

To Implement New Voice and Data Communications Solutions


Lafayette, IN (September 26, 2007)

Lafayette School Corporation with the assistance of an independent telecommunications consulting firm, Thompson, Ross & Associates, selected Communications Products, Inc. to implement a converged IP telephony and data network solution across their school district.

The new solution will integrate voice, video, and data into a single IP network, which will reduce traditional communications costs and deliver new value to students, parents, administration, and teachers.

Communications Products, Inc. (CPI) will work with the school corporation to install the new network. A Nortel solution will be used to manage over 900 new IP phones dispersed over multiple locations.
