To provide dedicated on-site technical support services in support of the agencies wide-area network. CPI will staff an on-site resident expert that will provide

  • Operations, Administration, Maintenance, and Provisioning (OAM&P)
  • Analyze, review, and recommend configuration information
  • Analyze network traffic flow
  • Recommend modifications as appropriate and assist with implementation of modifications
  • Implement and test products such as new hardware or upgraded software
  • Configure hardware and software for full functionality
  • Implement and administer network management platform
  • Maintain documentation for projects
  • Troubleshooting
  • Diagnose and isolate faults and remedy equipment failures
  • Assist with communication, consultation, coordination, escalation, and leadership to address major problems

WHCA provides telecommunications and related support to the President, Vice President, White House Senior Staff, National Security Council, U.S. Secret Service and others as directed by the White House Military Office.

This support includes non-secure voice, secure voice, record communications, audiovisual services, automated data processing support and photographic and drafting services both in Washington, D.C. and trip sites worldwide.
